MambaBuy Spreadsheet, filed from the hat brim to the sneaker sole
A product directory that walks the catalogue the way you get dressed, head first and shoes last, and then follows a MambaBuy order from pasted link to the parcel on your doormat.

The catalogue laid out from head to foot
Most product directories sort by whatever the database happens to call a category. This one puts every shelf on a single line down the body: crown, collar, chest, the outer layer, pieces that run head to hem, wrist and hand, waist, legs, soles, and finally the things you carry. If you are building a whole outfit in one parcel, you can go down the list and stop at each zone once.
The numbers beside each shelf are the listing counts the catalogue reported on 23 October 2026. Sneakers alone hold more than five thousand; scarves, gloves and face masks hold a few dozen or fewer. Small shelves are still worth a look, because a sparse shelf is usually easier to read than a crowded one.

What MambaBuy Spreadsheet does and what MambaBuy handles
MambaBuy Spreadsheet is this site: a browse-by-category directory of product shelves, plus a reference manual for buying through MambaBuy. You can browse by category here, open a shelf, and pick a listing. Nothing is sold on these pages and nothing is shipped from here.
Use the head-to-foot directory to build an outfit shortlist, then check each item separately. A coordinated outfit can still contain different size systems, seller lead times and cargo restrictions. Keep those notes with each link using the selection checklist before entering the agent’s order flow.
MambaBuy is the buying service itself. Its help centre says the brand belongs to DM Global Supply Chain Limited and that its terms are governed by Hong Kong law. MambaBuy is a buying service for Taobao, 1688 and Weidian: you paste a link, it pays the Chinese seller, takes delivery at its own warehouse, shoots photos of each item, and sends a parcel abroad on a line you choose. Orders, payments, photos and claims all live in your account on mambabuy.com, not here.

The nine moves of a MambaBuy order
MambaBuy's own tutorial splits an order into nine moves. Our guide keeps that order and adds the screenshots MambaBuy published for each one, with personal details blurred:
- Register with an email address you check, then verify it; the new-user coupon pack only lands after verification.
- Paste a Taobao, 1688 or Weidian link into the MambaBuy search bar, or search there directly.
- Pick colour, size and quantity, add to cart and submit; tick the two disclaimers on the confirmation page.
- Pay for the goods from your wallet, by card, PayPal or another method on offer that day.
- MambaBuy's buyers place the order with the seller, which the tutorial says happens within two business hours.
- The item arrives, is weighed and photographed, and shows as Stored. Problems are meant to be reported within 24 hours.
- Choose which stored items travel together and submit them as one parcel.
- Enter your address, pick a line and pay the international freight.
- Track the parcel under Parcel in the member centre and sign for it.
Where each yuan of an order goes
If you place the order yourself on the website, MambaBuy charges no purchasing service fee; you pay the goods, the seller's domestic shipping fee to the warehouse, the international line, any extras you tick, and duties where the line does not include them. Orders typed in by staff from a WhatsApp, WeChat or email request are different: since 15 October 2026 they cost 3% of the goods below RMB 5,000 and 1.5% from RMB 5,000 up.
Card top-ups carry 5% plus $0.30 and PayPal 3.7% plus $0.30 according to the top-up page, while another help article still says only PayPal and Alipay are accepted. We show both rather than guess.

Carriers, kilograms and warehouse deadlines
MambaBuy's estimator lists lines by destination. For a one-kilogram parcel on 21 October 2026 the cheapest UK line was RM01 at CNY 95 and the cheapest German line DPD PH01 at CNY 114, both labelled Tax & Duty included; the United States had a single EMS line at CNY 296.25. Most UK and EU lines in that data divide volume by 8000 to get chargeable weight; the EMS lines divide by 6000.
Two clocks start the moment an item turns Stored: five days to ask for a return or exchange, and ninety days of free storage before fees begin.

Which QC checks to finish before combining your outfit
Each item gets three standard warehouse photos at no charge. MambaBuy's photo sheet fixes the angles by item type: clothes get front, rear and label; shoes get a side view, a side view held in hand, and the label. Extra detail photos cost CN¥2 each and a 20 to 30 second product video CN¥15.
An outfit should not be approved as one unit because its colours look coordinated. Check every order’s option, quantity and measurements first. If one piece needs a return, decide whether the others should wait or ship separately after comparing route costs. Read the photo checklist.
The inspection checks style, colour, size, model and quantity. It does not open sealed goods and does not test electronics, so a phone that powers on in the photo has not been tested by anyone.

Four calculators that use MambaBuy's own numbers
The tools page holds a shipping estimator built from the line tariffs the official estimator returned on 21 October 2026 (its one-kilogram results match MambaBuy's own to the fen), a volumetric weight checker, a warehouse clock that turns a Stored date into the return deadline and the end of free storage, and a currency and payment-fee converter.

Why keep a directory for one agent
Why MambaBuy at all? It has a plain fee model for self-placed orders, many tax-included lines to the UK and EU, and an English help centre of around fifty articles. Another agent may suit you better for the United States: the 21 October data showed nothing below EMS at CNY 296.25 per kilogram.
Why this site: the shelves are checked against the live catalogue, dead links are removed when we find them, and every MambaBuy fact carries the help article number and the date we read it. Where MambaBuy contradicts itself (payment methods, the return window, even its brand colour between desktop and phone) we print both versions.

Words, questions and notices
The help desk page has a glossary of the labels you meet inside a MambaBuy account (TG number, MB number, Stored, Package Claim), frequently asked questions, and the official contact routes: [email protected] for account problems, online chat for orders, and a Discord server. The notices page condenses MambaBuy's announcements, from holiday cut-offs to the EU duty waiver, and keeps this site's own change log.
