MambaBuy the agent and this spreadsheet, told apart

What each one is, who stands behind MambaBuy according to its own pages, where it is strong, where it is thin, and when a different agent will serve you better.

What MambaBuy Spreadsheet is

MambaBuy Spreadsheet is a product directory: shelves of listings you can browse by category, arranged here from head to foot, each opening a page of product cards with photos and prices. You pick a listing, take the marketplace address from it, and hand that to MambaBuy, which does the buying. The second half of the site is a manual for that buying: steps, costs, lines, photos and returns, each fact tied to the MambaBuy help article it came from.

We do not sell anything, hold stock, take payment or see your MambaBuy account. If a shelf link and a MambaBuy page ever disagree about a product, the marketplace listing that MambaBuy shows you is the one that counts.

MambaBuy as its help centre describes it

MambaBuy's About page says the brand belongs to DM Global Supply Chain Limited, a cross-border shopping platform for buyers outside China, and its terms of service are governed by Hong Kong law. The help centre gives no street address and no registration number, and we have not found one elsewhere on the site.

In practice MambaBuy is a buying agent and a parcel forwarder. It purchases on Taobao, Tmall, 1688 and Weidian for you, accepts parcels you send yourself, inspects and photographs items in its warehouse, and sends consolidated parcels abroad on lines from carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, DHL and EMS. The site runs in eight languages (English by default, plus Chinese, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish and Russian), and the About page promises English and Chinese support.

Contact routes are an online chat on the site, [email protected] for account problems only, [email protected] for business, a WhatsApp number on the floating bar, and a Discord server. Staffed hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 18:00 Beijing time.

Why MambaBuy, and where it is thin

Every buying agent does the same core job: pay a Chinese seller, receive the goods, show you photos, pack and post. The differences are in fees, lines and rules. Here is what stands out about MambaBuy after reading its help centre end to end:

  • No purchasing fee on orders you place yourself. The only service fee is the 3% or 1.5% charged when staff type in an order for you.
  • Many tax-included lines to the UK and EU. In the freight data of 21 October 2026, all four Royal Mail lines and every German, French and Polish line were labelled Tax & Duty included.
  • Photo angles fixed per item type, published as a chart, so you know in advance whether shoes come with a label view.
  • Clear storage clock: ninety free days, extension at CN¥10 per item record per thirty days, and abandonment at 180 days.
  • Return fees in tiers with the first request of each month free.

And where it is thin, plainly:

  • The United States had a single EMS line in the data we read, CN¥296.25 for one kilogram, roughly three times the cheapest UK line.
  • Three help articles give three different lists of payment methods.
  • The warehouse address and city sit behind login, and no company address is published.
  • There is no official YouTube channel; the one tutorial video shows the 2025 site.

Times another agent makes more sense: you ship mostly to the United States or Canada and want more than EMS, if you need an invoice for customs (MambaBuy provides only payment screenshots), or if you want an agent whose payment page and help articles agree. For UK and EU shoppers ordering clothes and shoes, the tax-included lines are the reason to look at MambaBuy first.

What the head-to-foot directory adds

Three things set this directory apart from a bare list of links. The shelves follow the body, so an outfit is built zone by zone. Each shelf carries a count with the date we read it, and the directory is rebuilt from the live catalogue tree, so dead shelves drop out. And every statement about MambaBuy cites the help article number and the date, with screenshots taken from MambaBuy's own help centre rather than redrawn.

Where MambaBuy contradicts itself we say so instead of choosing. Payment methods have three official versions. The return window is described as five days from Stored and as seven days from the seller's delivery in the same article. Even the brand colour differs: orange on desktop, indigo on the phone site.

Other shopping agents worth comparing

MambaBuy is one of many agents that buy from the same marketplaces. Several run on similar white-label software, which is why member centres across agents look alike. When you compare MambaBuy with other shopping agents, compare the things that actually differ: the service fee model, the lines and prices to your country for your typical parcel weight, how many free photos you get and at what angles, free storage days, the return window, and whether the help pages agree with each other.

We do not rank agents and we do not name a winner. Use the calculators on the tools page with MambaBuy's numbers, then run the same parcel through another agent's estimator; a single real parcel weight tells you more than any comparison article.
